BOOKING CONDITIONS & FAQ'S
Booking Conditions
Our Role as Your Travel Agent
Endless Escapes Worldwide acts solely as an independent travel agent when arranging your holiday and travel services.
When we make a booking on your behalf, your contract is with the supplier of your chosen travel arrangements (the Tour Operator or the Hotel), not with Endless Escapes Worldwide.
The Tour Operator’s own booking terms and conditions apply to your booking. These explain your rights and responsibilities, including cancellation, amendments, refunds, financial protection, and their liability. We strongly recommend that you read these carefully before confirming your booking.
Our Responsibility
Our responsibility is limited to arranging your booking in accordance with your instructions.
As we act only as an agent, we are not responsible for the performance of your holiday arrangements, or for the acts, omissions or services provided by the Tour Operator or any other supplier.
If we are found liable as a result of our own negligence when making your booking, our maximum liability is limited to the commission we have received (or would have received) for arranging your booking.
Nothing in these Booking Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees.
Payments
Depending on the supplier, you will:
-
Pay the Tour Operator directly; or
-
Pay the Hotel directly
Your Responsibilities
Providing Accurate Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, including:
-
Names (exactly as shown on passports)
-
Contact details
-
Passport information
-
Health information
-
Any special requests
Incorrect information may result in additional charges or the cancellation of your booking.
Checking Your Booking
Once you receive your booking confirmation, you should carefully check all details immediately.
If any information is incorrect, please notify us straight away. Changes made after confirmation may not be possible or may incur amendment fees, which could be up to the full cost of the booking.
Passports, Visas and Health Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all passport, visa and health requirements for your destination before you travel. Requirements can change, so we recommend checking them both before booking and again before departure.
British passport holders can find the latest travel advice and entry requirements on the UK Government website:
https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice
If you are travelling on a non-British passport, you should contact the embassy or consulate of the country you are visiting. Please also ensure your passport has sufficient validity for your destination. Passport applications and renewals can take 10 weeks or longer.
For health advice and vaccination requirements, visit:
https://travelhealthpro.org.uk
We also recommend speaking with your GP or practice nurse at least 8 weeks before travel, as some vaccinations require multiple doses.
If you or anyone in your party has a disability or medical condition that could affect your travel arrangements, please let us know before booking or as soon as circumstances change.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you arrange comprehensive travel insurance as soon as you book your holiday.

Your policy should include:
-
Emergency medical expenses
-
Repatriation
-
Cancellation cover
-
Personal belongings
-
Any activities you intend to participate in
Endless Escapes Worldwide does not recommend or assess the suitability of individual insurance policies.
UK residents should also obtain a Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC) where applicable. A GHIC may provide access to reduced-cost or free state healthcare in certain countries, but it is not a substitute for travel insurance. You can apply for a GHIC here:
Changes to Services or Terms
We may make changes to our services or these Booking Conditions where necessary to:
-
Comply with changes in law or regulation; or
-
Make minor technical or administrative improvements
Limitation of Liability
We are responsible only for losses that are directly caused by our negligence.
We are not responsible for losses that are:
-
Unforeseeable
-
Caused by events beyond our reasonable control
-
Avoidable by taking reasonable action
-
Related to your business, trade or profession
Privacy
Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service provided by Endless Escapes Worldwide, please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Complaints relating to your holiday, accommodation, flights or other travel arrangements should be raised directly with the Tour Operator or supplier using their complaints procedure.
Legal Information
These Booking Conditions are governed by English Law.
If you live in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of your own UK jurisdiction where applicable.
You may also have rights under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, where your booking qualifies as a package holiday.
Further information is available at:
https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukdsi/2018/9780111168479/schedule/2
If any part of these Booking Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.

Do I Need Vaccinations Before I Travel?
Depending on where you're travelling, certain vaccinations may be recommended or required.

You should also speak with your GP or practice nurse at least 8 weeks before you travel, as some vaccinations need to be given well in advance.
Further NHS guidance is available at:
https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/travel-vaccinations/
Do I Need Travel Insurance?
Yes. We strongly recommend arranging comprehensive travel insurance from the day you book your holiday.
A good policy should include:
-
Emergency medical expenses
-
Repatriation
-
Cancellation and curtailment
-
Personal possessions
-
Cover for any activities or sports you intend to take part in
Although UK travellers can apply for a Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC), it only provides access to certain state healthcare abroad and does not replace travel insurance, particularly for medical repatriation or cancellation costs.
